Method of use:
1 table spoon from the mixture is brewed in 250 ml of hot water for about 10 -15 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 3 times a day before meals.
Ingredients:
Lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis), Linden color (T. cordata), peppermint leaf (Mentha folia), Hawthorn flower with leaves (Crataegus monogyna), valerian root (Valerian officinalis).
